Join your favorite #UnapologeticSexologist Michelle Hope in partnership with Momma’s Hip Hop Kitchen (MHHK) for this unforgettable birth justice brunch to "Slay for Social Justice" This event is the culmination of the NYC DOHMH Community Engagement Group’s (CEG) December Week of Action to celebrate the release of The NYC Standards for Respectful Care at Birth. There will be entertainment, fine food, libations, giveaways and the opportunity to network with some of NYCs dopest defenders of Sexual & Reproductive Justice! So come kiki for a cause and learn about opportunities on how you too can get involved.
CEG is a group of community leaders, activists and nonprofit organizations that work with the NYC Health Department to promote Sexual and Reproductive Justice in New York City.
Momma’s Hip Hop Kitchen (MHHK) is a multifaceted hip hop event designed to showcase women artists, especially women of color. MHHK serves as a social justice community-organizing platform that educates and empowers women of color on issues that impact their lives, including HIV/AIDS and reproductive justice
